Shipping your order back to us

• If the item is not defective, a 25% surcharge fee will apply for restocking.
• Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition and carefully reviewed, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase. This process usually takes 3-5 business days after the product is received at our warehouse.
• All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging.
